The course offers consulting, technology monitoring, and in-depth analysis, as well as up-to-the-minute news briefs and breaking developments in the nano sciences. This program focuses on the technologies involved in the miniaturization of electronic and optical devices. The main emphasis is on current micro technologies including the design and fabrication of microelectronic circuits, Microsystems and optoelectronics.

M.Tech Environmental Engineering is a 2-year full-time postgraduate course, designed to offer to eligible candidates specialization in a wide range of management of water resources, land or air pollution, while at the same time building competence in a particular area of business. The program aims to train students competent business acumen through advanced study of Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Microbiology, Computational Methods, Water Supply Management, Waste Water Management, Municipal Water Treatment, Industrial Water Treatment, Applied Statistics for Environmental Engineering, Environmental Impact Assessment, Industrial Pollution Prevention, Air Pollution Control, Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, Remote Sensing and GIS Application, Ecological Engineering, Environmental Biotechnology , later allowing them to specialize in a chosen area.

M. Arch (Master of Architecture) []

The course is designed to improve the thinking ability of students in architectural design and help them explore design techniques beyond traditional methods.  The Council of Architecture (COA) constituted by the Government of India is responsible for maintaining the register of architects in India. It also regulates the education and practice of the profession in the field of Architecture. M.Arch course focuses on the use of new technology and digital tools for design exploration. Students with good collaborative thinking and keen interest to explore architectural design and theory can opt for an M.Arch course.

MCA course includes various aspects of computational theory, programming, algorithm design and optimization, network and database management, mobile technologies, electronics, mathematics, probability, statistics etc. BCA makes a base while MCA adds a specialized touch within the subjects studied in BCA.
