Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is a 5 years undergraduate program where the course is designed to provide licensed and professional architects who are authorized to try to private constructions and government constructions. Architectural study includes the activity of designing models of building, preparing construction’s blueprint and other physical structure of any land and building. It is a technical course which mainly focuses on the development of the skills like process of construction of commercial buildings, malls, complexes, highways construction, and civil construction by applying their innovative ideas and analytical skills which are required to become an Architect.
Global institute of architecture was a dream project of Palakkad Lensffed Charitable Trust’s main vision was to produce world class architects. Located at Peradikunnu(near Nagaripuram in Pathiripala, Ottapalam taluk) Palakkad, on 5.5 acre land. The first batch of students was inducted in the year 2013. Gia now matches international standards in faculty. Besides university curriculum, environment friendly green architecture and wood technology is also taught here. Global institute of architecture is the only architectural institute fully dedicated to Architecture. As a dedicated student of architecture you will be ensure of a truly world class learning experience which will be all the more intense unlike that of a general college where students of many disciplines will be learning under one roof. Apart fro this, students at the global institute of architecture will have the added advantage of specialized faculty comprising of learned professors as well as leading industry professionals. In 2019, Council of Architecture has awarded an intake of 40 more students making our annual B.Arch first year intake strength to 80 students per batch.
